The Rothwell Training Center provides a full curriculum of training for caregivers and professionals who provide services to persons with disabilities. The 450 employees of WLRC are trained onsite in a one month orientation and in annual recurrent and upgrade classes. Some of the required classes are:

All of these classes are available for Wyoming caregivers and professionals onsite and on location by special arrangement.
WLRC is a field site for a variety of health career programs at the college level. Classes are also offered from the University of Wyoming College of Extended Studies by compressed video and Mountain Plains Health Consortium (MPHC) via satellite education.
