"Healthy Kids Healthy Communities" is an initiative partnering Wyoming's cities, Towns and Municipalities with Kid Care CHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Denta lto find and enroll eligible children into the Kid Care CHIP program.

Under this initiative, Wyoming Cities, Towns, and Municipalities could participate in the program in one or more ways as follows:

• Information Site Partner:  Under this level of partnership cities, towns, and/or municipalities would agree to have program information available at town hall for community residents. If requested, Kid Care CHIP staff would be available to provide basic training to the town on the program.
• Application Site Partner:  Under this level of partnership cities, towns, and/or municipalities would agree to have information on-site and to assist citizens in the completion of applications as may be requested of them. Additional training would be provided by Kid Care CHIP staff to allow a greater level or assistance.
• Enrollment Site Partner:  Ultimately cities, towns, and/or municipalities could enroll in the program as actual enrollment sites. Under this approach, the town would have program information, be capable of answering general questions about the program, assist citizens with the completion of the application and be able to send the application directly to Kid Care CHIP.
